Then, add your rice, bouillon, and sazon, stirring constantly until the rice is totally coated in oil, which should take about a minute. Then, add three cups of water, and bring it all to a boil. Now, put the chicken in the pot with some alcaparrado. Cover, reduce heat, and let it simmer until the all the water’s absorbed. The rice should be tender, and cooked thoroughly. This should take about 25 minutes.
