For example, cheesy buffalo chicken hummus is an easy flavor combination that can be recreated at home. Start off with a traditional hummus base of pureed chickpeas, fresh lemon juice, garlic, tahini (ground sesame seed paste), a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. Then, combine cubed chicken breast with your favorite buffalo style wing sauce and enough bleu cheese for your liking and add a scoop or two of this to your homemade hummus base. It’s that easy!
